TQVVM for your article write-up on Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Strategic Planning (SP) as i am presently writing my doctoral thesis on ‘perceptions of selected heterogeneous primary school Heads toward CQI in the school strategic planning.’ I am currently attached to the International Islamic University Malaysia under the Institute of Education. Your writing really helps me a lot as i have to prove to my supervisor the so-called truth (the gist of her words to me)of this concept as the green light to the approval of my thesis title (the originality clause).
TQ once again from the bottom of my heart. Please feel free to drop me a line or two anytime.
    Take care and keep well

    Greetings,
I am working on my dissertation involving the theories and models for designing instruction in Second Life. May I have permission to use or modify the survey tool you used in your study involving educators and Second Life? I have not seen it but from your article it sounded like a tool that might meet part of my needs. Thank you for your consideration-
    Rik
