		<description><![CDATA[Learning theories are, in fact, just theories. They certainly have value and offer guidance in terms of how to set/reach goals and objectives. But sometimes the bureaucratic nature creates a rigid framework that many teachers feel they must follow. Period. 
 
I&#039;ve learned best from motivated teachers who thought outside the box and found ways to engage me. 

Really, it&#039;s all about the bottom line - Are the students learning? As long as teachers know how to accommodate and adapt, I think most of us can attain those goals and objectives.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[So you are  feeling somewhat cynical about learning theories ..this certainly is not due to your lack of knowledge.
Learning theories in fact do not deserve the status of real theory. For the greatest part they are only arguments and feelings, only a small part is evidence based in a scientific way. 
That is why the theories do come on stage, play some time and go without applause. 
In most cases teachers do loose time and energy on learning every new theory, that too, like all older learning theories will not solve problems for her.]]></description>
